The Submarine Wharf was built in 1937 at the yard of the Rotterdam Dry Dock Company [RDM] . A gigantic warehouse of 4800 m2 that served as a construction warehouse for numerous submarines until the 1980s. Now completely renovated, equipped with underfloor heating and made suitable for special events.
