Upon registration we ask for a deposit of 125 euros.

The remaining amounts will be sent by invoice. Because we have to pay the hall in advance, we ask you to pay the invoices by the following deadline:

Payment deadline: July 1, 2025 (50 percent minus the down payment)

Deadline: September 1, 2025 (50 percent)

Free admission for children under 12 years.

• In case of cancellation 3 months before the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
